Obituary
Flora L. Ellis, 75, of Brilliant, OH, passed away Sunday March 23, 2025 at home.
She was born June 4, 1949 in Wheeling WV, a daughter of the late Robert Morgan and Alma L. (Shreve) Morgan. In addition to her parents, she was proceeded in death by a daughter, Teresa Ellis; and three brothers, Paul Ruttencutter, Sr., Fred Ruttencutter and John Ruttencutter.
Flora was a homemaker. She loved her cat Cozy and enjoyed spending time with her friends at Rivers Landing.
Surviving are three children, Jennifer L. Ellis of Columbus, OH, Saundra M. Ellis of Rayland, OH and Robert F. Ellis of Rayland, OH; a brother, Richard Morgan of Steubenville, OH; five grandchildren, Ricky Green, Summer (Matt) Earle, Jeremy Patton, Clayton Frankfurter and Jessica Frankfurter; and three great-grandchildren.
A celebration of her life will be announced at a later date.
