Elizabeth A. “Beth” Quinn, 89, of Brilliant, OH, passed away peacefully Thursday May 14, 2026 at the Valley Hospice Care Center North in Steubenville, OH.

She was born May 1, 1937, in Monroe Township (Otsego), OH, a daughter of the late Erman S. and Mary F. (Fleming) Bell. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald R. Quinn on May 21, 2020; and a brother, Dr. Carl F. Bell.

Before devoting herself to raising her family, Beth worked as a substitute teacher at Brilliant Elementary. She was a member of the New Alexandria Methodist Church. In her free time, Beth found great joy in sending greeting cards to family and friends, and she also had a deep love for genealogy, spending countless hours researching, preserving, and cherishing her family’s history.

Surviving are two sons, Bob Quinn and his wife Brenda of Brilliant, OH and Gary Quinn of Louisville, OH; two brothers, Leslie (the late Connie) Bell of Zanesville, OH and Dr. Duane (Jane) Bell of New Concord, OH; and two granddaughters, Taylor Mandrinich and her husband Christian and McKenzie Quinn.

In following with Beth’s wishes there will be no services. Private burial at New Alexandria Cemetery.
