Edward J. "Eddie" Forst, 66, of Georges Run, Ohio, passed away Sunday April 10, 2016 at the home of his brother.

He was born July 18, 1949 in Steubenville, Ohio, a son of the late Edward E. and Laura R. (Carducci) Forst. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Charlotte J. (VanKirk) Forst on Feb. 11, 2016; and two sisters, Judith Ann Rusnak and Mary Lou Forst.

Eddie was retired from MPW in Steubenville, Ohio where he was an environmental control dispatcher.

Surviving are a brother, Frank C. (Jeanette) Forst of Mingo Junction, Ohio; three step-daughters, Charlene (Michael) Lawrence, Marlene (George) Oiler and Rachel (John) Mrozek; and four step-grandchildren.

In following with his wishes Eddie will be directly cremated and there will be no services.
