Dwayne R. "D" Carrocci, Sr., 58, of Dillionvale, OH passed away Saturday January 21, 2017 at Trinity Medical Center West in Steubenville, OH.

He was born March 16, 1958 in Steubenville, OH, a son of the late John P. Carrocci, Sr. and Shirley J. Icuss. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, John Paul "Jay" Carrocci, Jr. and Paul Carrocci.

Dwayne retired from National Lube in Brilliant in 2014 where he was a mechanic and truck driver. He graduated from Catholic Central High School in 1976 and was Catholic by Faith. He was a member of Pine Valley Sportsman Club.

Surviving are a son, Dwayne R. Carrocci, Jr. of Dillonvale, OH; a sister, Phyllis Carrocci-Swinsinski and her husband Paul of Mingo Junction, OH; a sister-in-law, Judy Carrocci of New London, OH; three nieces, Lynea Grandy, Melissa Carrocci and Alicia Carrocci; three nephews, Matt Grandy, Paul Carrocci and John Carrocci; and two dogs that he dearly loved, K'oss and B'ner.

Friends will be received at the Wheeler Funeral Home, 101 Longview Ave., Mingo on Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of his funeral services at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Fr. James M. Dunfee, officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Steubenville, Ohio.
