Donna J. Escobedo, 60, of Wintersville, OH, formerly of Goodyear, AZ, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday February 17, 2026 in the emergency room at Trinity Medical Center West in Steubenville, OH.

She was born February 10, 1966 in Steubenville, OH, a daughter of the late Arden R. and Shirley D. (Jackson) Westfall. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel P. Escobedo, Sr. on September 20, 2024; and two brothers, Ivan and Arden Westfall.

Donna worked for many years as a claims adjuster at Copper Point in Gilbert, AZ. She attended the Riddles Run House of Prayer. Donna enjoyed camping and fishing with her family and catching up with friends on Facebook.

Surviving are three children, Daniel P. Escobedo, Jr. and his fiancé Jodie Kearley of Wintersville, OH, Drea (Patrick) Lee of Phoenix, AZ and Nicole (Eric) Rowe of Las Vegas, NV; four siblings, Debbie (Rodney) Rusnak of Dayton, OH, Ardeen Strong of Burkesville, KY, Rita (Lonnie) Wolf of Tionesta, PA and Peggy (J.O.) Henry of Irondale, OH; nine grandchildren, Kori Villigan, Marissa Cardenas, Dominique Lee, Jasmine Lee, Jeremy (Maritza) Bledsoe, Marsella Garza, Landyn Rowe, Mason Rowe and Jessica Kearley; and four great-grandchildren, Kayde and Athena Villigan and Michael and Renee Bledsoe.

Friends will be received for a memorial visitation at the Wheeler Funeral Home, 101 Longview Ave., Mingo Junction, OH on Saturday February 28th from 11:00 a.m. until the time of her memorial services at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Jack Jackson, officiating.
