Donna M. Mackey, 76, of Mingo Junction, OH passed away Monday November 6, 2017 in the Valley Hospice Care Center North, Steubenville, OH.

She was born May 22, 1941 in Mingo Junction, Ohio, a daughter of the late Leo and Eva (Taylor) Ryan. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son, Patrick Poe.

Donna worked as a bartender at the former Mingo Eagles; a cook for the Mingo K of C; and a clerk at the Dollar General in Mingo Junction. She was Catholic by Faith and a member of the Mingo Eagles Auxiliary.

Surviving are her husband, Harry "Bud" Mackey; a son, Paul (Phyllis) Ryan of Mingo Junction, OH; a daughter, Paula (Bob) Quaigg of Mingo Junction, OH; a brother, Thomas L. Ryan of Steubenville, OH; three grandchildren, Jamie Ryan, Jason Ryan and Nick Quaigg; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received on Thursday from 4-8 p.m. at the Wheeler Funeral Home, 712 Third St., Brilliant, where her services will be held on Friday at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Fr. James M. Dunfee, officiating. Interment will follow at New Alexandria Cemetery.
