Obituary
Darlene Knowlton, 73, formerly of Steubenville, OH, passed away Wednesday May 26, 2021 at the Winchester Care Center in Canal Winchester, OH.
She was born January 25, 1948 in Steubenville, OH a daughter of the late Heber C. and Helen D. (Harmon) Knowlton.
Darlene was laborer and retired from Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel Corp. She was a member of Georges Run United Methodist Church, The Shepherds Walk Church in Steubenville, where she was a member of the Ladies of Grace at the church, and the Reynolds United Methodist Church in Reynoldsburg, OH.
She is survived by a brother, Neil Knowlton of Toronto, OH; a sister, Shirley Fields of Reynoldsburg, OH; and several close friends in the Reynoldsburg area.
Friends will be received at the Wheeler Funeral Home, 712 Third St., Brilliant, OH, on Saturday from 12:00 p.m. Noon until the time of her funeral service at 1:00 p.m., with Pastor Bob Mathias, officiating. Interment will follow at New Alexandria Cemetery. Masks are required at the funeral home .
