Daniel Patrick Spence, 64, of Mingo Junction, Ohio, passed away Sunday November 5, 2017, in the Valley Hospice Care Center North, Steubenville, OH.

He was born May 3, 1953 in Steubenville, Ohio a son of the late Paul and Mary Jane (Kelly) Spence, Sr.

Dan was retired from the Water Treatment Department at Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp. He enjoyed golfing and fishing.

He is survived by a son, Daniel "Josh" (Jenna) Spence of East Canton, OH; a daughter, Ashley (Paul) Spence-King of Rayland, Ohio; and a brother, Paul "Buddy" (Lois) Spence, Jr. of Toronto, Ohio.

Friends will be received at the Wheeler Funeral Home, 101 Longview Ave. on Sunday November 12th from 1-4 p.m. A dinner will follow at the VFW Post 4811 in Yorkville, Ohio.
