Cheryl J. "Cheri" Randolph, 63, of Wintersville, OH passed away peacefully at home with her family on Monday March 28, 2016. After a brief battle with cancer, Cheri decided to rest and went to be with the Lord whom she was at peace with. May Cheri be remembered as the loving, caring, sweet, gentle and kind soul that she was known for.

She was born February 5, 1953, in Steubenville, Ohio, a daughter of the late Emery and Virginia (Ash) Magyar. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her son, Charles E. "Chuckie" Randolph, Jr.

Cheri was a 1971 graduate of Brilliant High School and a 1984 graduate of Jefferson Community College. After retiring from Martha Manor in November 2014 where she was an LPN, Cheri loved spending time with her family, reading and going to garage sales.

Surviving are her husband, Charles E. Randolph, Sr., whom she married on March 25, 1972; a son, Daniel Randolph and his companion Darlene Elliot of Steubenville, Ohio; and a brother, John Magyar of Georges Run, Ohio.

Friends will be received on Wednesday from 1-3 and 6-8 p.m. at the Wheeler Funeral Home, 101 Longview Ave., Mingo Junction, OH, where her funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Jack Klinesmith, officiating. Interment will follow at New Alexandria Cemetery.
