Charles T. "Chuck" Ely, 54, of Tulsa, OK, passed away Monday September 11, 2023 at home.

He was born April 25, 1969 in Steubenville, OH and was preceded in death by his father, William H. Ely.

Surviving are his mother, Marilyn L. (Justice) Campbell of Mingo Junction, OH; his wife, JoAnn (Lopez) Ely; two sons, Harley (Lexi) Ely and Peyton (Caitlyn) Ely; two grandchildren, Spencer and Emmy Ely all of Tulsa, OK; and two brothers, Ronald (Missy) Ely of Mingo Junction, OH; and William (Ruth) Ely of Tulsa, OK.
