Cathy J. Turley, 77, of Mesa, AZ, formerly from Mingo Junction, OH, passed away December 6, 2025 at home, surrounded by family and friends.

She was the daughter of the late Donald and Helen (Coen) Turley. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Andrew Chichick.

She was born June 22, 1948 and she graduated from Mingo High School in 1966. Cathy started her career working for 5 years as a dispatcher for the city of Tempe, AZ. Then she moved to Mesa, AZ and she was first a 911 dispatcher and then a supervisor, working 25 years until her retirement in 2004.

She is survived by her sister, Donna Chichick of Mingo Junction, OH, a nephew, Andrew (Debbie) Chichick of North Little Rock, AR and a niece, Dawn Spurrier of Steubenville, OH.

In following with her wishes there will be no services. Private entombment at Mariposa Gardens in Mesa, AZ
