Buddy Leek, 86, of Mingo Junction, OH, formerly of Brilliant, OH, passed away Sunday June 9, 2019 at Trinity Medical Center West, Steubenville, OH.

He was born Nov. 14, 1932 in Reader, WV, a son of the late Vernon and Millie (Lucretia) Winland Leek. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Leona E. (Rodgers) Leek; two brothers, William and Joe Leek; and a grandson.

Buddy was an equipment operator and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Surviving are two sons, Jody (Teresa) Leek of Mingo Junction, OH and Lealand Leek of North Royalton, OH; a daughter, Terri A Galbraith of Wildomar, CA; a sister, June (Melvin) Lower of Ceres, CA; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

There will be no services.
