Bessie C. Frye, 90, of Brilliant, Ohio, passed away Friday, December 16, 2016 in Henderson, NV.

She was born September 28, 1926 in Rush Run, Ohio, a daughter of the late George and Jessie (Wells) Adams. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin R. "Pettle" Frye in 1995; a son, Richard Lee Norris; a brother, George Adams; and a great-grandson, Matthew Robert Sterrett.

Bessie was a homemaker and a member of the Brilliant Methodist Church and the Wells Township Senior Citizens Club.

Surviving are a son, Robert (Phyllis) Norris of Henderson, NV; a granddaughter, Bobbi Jo (Patrick) Sterrett of Henderson, NV; a great-granddaughter, Marissa Sterrett, and great-grandson, Patrick Sterrett Jr.

Funeral services will be held on Friday December 23rd at 2:00 p.m. at Holly Memorial Gardens, Colerain, Ohio (everyone meet in the chapel by the pond), with Pastor Jim Monogioudis, officiating.
