Barbara A. "Tootsie" Waits, R.N., 72, of Mingo Junction, OH, went to be with the Lord on Friday September 13, 2024,
She will be missed by all who knew her. In following with her request there will be no services. Private burial at Northern Cemetery in Smithfield.
