Barbara A. "Barb" Sims, 84, of Mingo Junction, OH, passed away peacefully Friday June 18, 2021 in the Valley Hospice Care Center North, Steubenville, OH.

She was born September 3, 1936 in Canonsburg, PA, a daughter of the late Frank and Ann (Barbosky) Duskey. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William L. Sims on June 15, 2016; and a grandson, Kyle Henry.

Barb was a homemaker and a mother. She enjoyed cooking, baking and spending time with her family. She was also a real estate agent for the former Walt Lint Realtor and was a former clerk at Target Sport Shop.

Surviving are three daughters, Stacey (Ron) Seegolam of Bristow, VA, Karen Sims and Melanie Sims, both of Mingo Junction, OH; and two granddaughters, Madison Sims of Mingo Junction, OH and Emily Seegolam of Bristow, VA.

In following with Barb's wishes there will be no services. Private burial at Oakland Cemetery in Mingo Junction, OH.
