Barbara A. Muscari, 80, of Brilliant, Ohio, passed away Tuesday July 5, 2016 at the Valley Hospice Care Center North in Steubenville, OH.

She was born August 16, 1935 in Brilliant, Ohio, a daughter of the late Harry and Mary Bell (Nickoson) Mackey. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Martin L. "Marty" Mackey; and a sister, Nancy Sullivan.

Barb worked as a clerk at the former Williams Drugstore and also Bukmir Pharmacy in Brilliant. She was a member of the Brilliant Christian Church. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, they were the joy of her life. She also enjoyed playing cards and bingo.

Surviving are two sons, Tony (Brenda) Muscari and David Muscari both of Brilliant, OH; a brother, Harry "Bud" (Donna) Mackey of Mingo Junction, OH; two sisters, Patricia Goosman of Brilliant, OH and Elizabeth "Betsy" (Gary) Rayot of Lancaster, OH; five grandchildren, Tonya Muscari and her companion Tommy Ellis; Bryan (Melanie) Muscari, Carly Muscari, Amanda (Tyler) Holter and Caitlin Muscari; and four great-grandchildren..

Friends will be received at the Wheeler Funeral Home, 712 Third St., Brilliant on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of her funeral services at 12:00 p.m. (Noon) with
Ray Cooper, Associate Pastor, officiating. Private interment at New Alexandria Cemetery.
