Anthony T. Leeper, Sr., 77, of Mingo Junction, Ohio, passed away Sunday December 31, 2017, at Trinity Medical West in Steubenville, Ohio.

He was born July 29, 1940 in Steubenville, Ohio a son of the late Christy and Mary (Qottone) Leeper. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Frank Leeper; and two sisters, Carmel A. Leeper and Frances Colabella.

Tony worked in various management positions in the retail industry and he also worked security. He was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church. He enjoyed spending time with his beer drinking buddies, walking 5-10 miles a day; and he was a huge Pittsburgh Steelers and Notre Dame Fan.

Surviving are a son, Anthony T. "Tony" Leeper, Jr. and his fiancé, Tracy Connor of Vermillion, OH; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Private memorial services will be held at a later date.
