Ronald M. "Ron" Inman, Sr.

Ronald M. Inman, Sr., 62, of Brilliant, OH, passed away Monday April 17, 2017 at Trinity Medical Center West in Steubenville, Ohio.

He was born November 6, 1954 in Cleveland, OH. He was preceded in death by his step-father, Steve Vargo; a brother, Bruce Small; and a son-in-law, Donald Shoulders.

Ron was a retired truck driver working for the U.S. Postal Service in Cranberry, PA and also Advantage Tanklines. He served his country in the U.S. Navy and was Catholic by Faith. Ron enjoyed watching the Pittsburgh Steelers; shooting guns; riding his ATV; RC Cars and spending time with his grandchildren.

Surviving are his mother, Shirley (Salanci) Scott of Brilliant, OH; his fiancé, Bobbie Stromeyer of Brilliant, OH;  a daughter, Angela Shoulders of Jewett, OH; a son, Ronald M. Inman, Jr. of Brilliant, OH; a brother, Brian (Diane) Small of Midland, TX; a sister, Kathy (John) Mossor of Yorkville, Ohio; two grandchildren, Tabetha (Joseph) Pinkerton and Ryan Shoulders; and many nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received at the Wheeler Funeral Home, 712 Third St., Brilliant, on Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., with funeral services being held at 8:00 p.m. with Deacon Paul Ward, officiating. There will be military honors by the Ohio Valley Veterans Squad at 3:45 p.m. at the funeral home.
