Ivan W. Westfall, 55, of Irondale, OH, passed away suddenly Sunday February 25, 2018 in his home.
He was born March 18, 1962 in Steubenville, OH a son of the late Arden and Shirley (Jackson) Westfall. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Suzan Westfall.
Ivan worked at Gambles Amusement, Ollies in Steubenville and State Park Enterprises. He was a member of Kolmont Community Church. He also enjoyed working with wood and building model cars.
Surviving are two daughters, Nikole Westfall and her companion Ken Eleyet of Bellefontaine, OH and Tiffany (Glen) Dickerson of Huntsville, OH; a son whom he helped raise, Stephen (Dallas) Workman of Junction City, KS; six siblings, Debbie (Rodney) Rusnak of Dayton, Ohio, Ardeen (Rick) Strong of Burkesville, KY, Rita (Lonnie) Wolf of Tionesta, PA, Arden (Margie) Westfall of Mingo Junction, OH, Peggy (J.O.) Henry of Irondale, Ohio and Donna (Dan) Escobedo of Glendale, AZ; and two grandchildren, Kloie and Taven Eleyet; an honorary grandson, Axel Workman; and many nieces and nephews, whom he was close with.
Friends will be received to celebrate Ivan’s life at the Kolmont Community Church on Saturday March 3rd from 11:00 a.m. until the time of his memorial service at 1:00 p.m., with special family members officiating. A luncheon will follow his service at the church in the C.B.R.C. building.
